As someone who has never been comfortable talking about myself or experiences, Carrina put me at ease from the get go. She provides a judgement free space and will tell you to get out of your own way if that’s what you need to hear. If you’re a fan of metaphors, she’s the one to see. If you’re not, you soon will be. Couldn’t recommend higher.
